Mant Yachting Rental Company makes information and products available on this web site, subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Mant Yachting Rental Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and the products, services, prices, and programs mentioned in this site at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
Prices are subjected to change without notice. This means that you could come another day and the price of the same cruise may be different than last time and no one is responsible for notifying you of that price change. Thus, the prices are in fact routinely changed without notice and therefore, the emphasis is on the fact that the potential exists for that to occur.

The services of this Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. Cancellation policy
In the case of the charterer canceling the charter, the following policy will apply based on the period between the confirmation of the booking and the date of cancellation.
If the booking is canceled 8-30 days prior to the charter date a cancellation fee of 30% is charged. However depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip once.
If the booking is canceled 1-7 days prior to the charter date a cancellation fee of 100% is charged. However depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip once.
If the booking is canceled due to weather conditions a cancellation fee of 30% is charged. However depending on the availability of the yacht the client can reschedule their trip once.
The company has the right to modify the route based on weather conditions.
The Limitation of Liability
Whenever an accident occurs on navigable waters resulting in personal injury, loss of life or damage to property, Mant Yachting has no liability.
The company is not responsible in the case where clients lose or damage their personal belongings.
Mant Yachting is not in charge of misappropriation of alcohol consumption and use of narcotics and drugs or any results this may occur on board. The skipper has the right to end the cruise in such cases.
